Louisa Dearlove currently serves as Chief of Staff at ReThink HK since December 2022 and is also a founding team member and Head of Marketing at OPUS, which focuses on supporting business builders. From January 2020 to December 2022, Louisa held the roles of Worldwide Network Manager and International Marketing & Communications Executive at Dun & Bradstreet. Prior experience includes working as Driver & Operations Manager and Team Coordinator for W Series, which promotes women in motorsport, and as Team Assistant/Researcher at Liberty Blue Worldwide, part of the Grace Blue Partnership, aiding in client management and research. Louisa's earlier roles included fellowships with Hillary for America and Hillary for Ohio, an internship at JCOS Capital in trading, and various internships in the luxury retail and creative production sectors. Louisa holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh and completed high school at The King's School, Canterbury.

ReThink HK
ReThink HK is Hong Kong’s best-attended and most ambitious business event for sustainable development with over 6,000 in-person attendees at the 2023 event. The two-day expo and conference have been designed specifically for Hong Kong business leaders, sustainability practitioners and those responsible for researching, resourcing and reporting net-zero and ESG strategies. The 5th edition will be on 12-13 September 2024 at Hall 1CDE of HKCEC, Hong Kong. Co-organised with the Business Environment Council, the 2024 edition will host over 8,000 attendees, 500 expert speakers, and an expo with over 250 exhibitors with the products, services, and solutions to accelerate our city towards carbon-neutrality and a circular economy.
