Alan Moutter

Alan Moutter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in estates management and project management within various organizations. Currently, Alan serves as the Associate Director of Estates and Head of Estates at Rethink Mental Illness since April 2021. Prior roles include Project Manager at Place Partnership from September 2015 to April 2021, Estates Program Manager at West Mercia Police from October 2014 to September 2015, and Project Manager Team Lead at Warwickshire Police from July 2006 to September 2014. Alan’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Wolverhampton and another Master's degree in Information Technology, along with a BA Hons in Business Administration and Management, both from Teesside University.
