Aneeka N.

Aneeka N. is currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Rethink Mental Illness since September 2022, focusing on developing and implementing a strategic plan to foster a diverse and inclusive culture within the organization. Prior to this role, Aneeka held various positions at WW from May 2016 to September 2022, including People Generalist and UK Diversity & Inclusion Lead, as well as Learning and Development Coordinator. Aneeka's experience also includes serving as an HR Administrator at Adelie Food Holdings and as a Senior Buddy Trainer/Cashier at Nandos Chickenland Ltd. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, CIPD qualifications, and A Levels in Business Studies among other subjects.
