Lesley Scott

Lesley Scott is a highly experienced professional workplace investigator and manager with over 29 years of management experience, including 19 years in the third sector. Lesley has held various management roles at Rethink Mental Illness and currently serves as the Associate Director of Services. In previous roles, Lesley managed the West Midlands Region, responsible for finance, human resources, and business development. Lesley also has experience as a Disability Employment Adviser, helping clients with disabilities reach their full potential in the workplace. Lesley holds a Diploma in Management practice from The Open University.
