Timothy Hacker

Timothy Hacker possesses extensive experience in mental health support and claims assessment. Currently serving as Team Leader at Rethink Mental Illness since October 2018, Timothy oversees client allocation and manages service referrals while also working as a Mental Health Recovery Coach. Prior to this, Timothy worked as a Senior Health Claims Assessor at both DILIGENTA LIMITED and Friends Life UK, managing portfolios of income protection claims with unlimited financial authority. Timothy's career began in the clerical field with Wiltshire Police and included retail experience with Shell, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Anglia Ruskin University.
