Diego Fernandes

Diego Fernandes has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Diego started their career as a Junior Java Developer at SYSPRICE in 2016. Diego then worked as an Analyst Developer at Listo Tecnologia, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving the transactional payment gateway. Diego also developed new features for accepting specific credit card brands.

Diego then joined Serasa Experian as a Backend Java Developer, working on a project related to company relationships. Diego developed a REST server using Spring Boot, JPA, and Security, which was consumed by a web application developed in Angular.

Afterwards, Diego worked at Almundo as a Full-Stack Developer, where they contributed to the cruise team by creating new functionalities and maintaining frontend AngularJS components. Diego also worked on the server side using Spring Boot, Spring JPA, MongoDB, Cassandra, MySQL, and Redis.

Diego then joined Deloitte Brasil as a Developer and Support, where they contributed to a legacy system called Voucher for the client GE. Diego developed new features and resolved errors using Java 1.5 and JBoss 4.

Diego later worked at Capgemini as a Developer and Support, also for the client GE. Diego was responsible for developing new features and resolving generic errors in the legacy system called Voucher. Diego used Java 1.5 and JBoss 4 for this role.

Diego then joined IRKO Contábil as a Full-Stack Developer, working on a project that aimed to automate calculations and processes in the accounting area. Diego utilized Java 1.8, Spring, MongoDB, Angular 7, and Jasper for this project.

Afterwards, they worked at Accenture Brasil as a Java Developer, where they contributed to the Financeira Pioneer project developed for Latin American countries. Diego worked on the backend using Java 1.8, Spring, Swagger, Oracle database, and Kafka.

Diego's most recent position is at Datum TI, where they worked as a Java Developer. Diego contributed to projects for Renner, specifically the Post-Sales Omnichannel Transformation Tribe and the Omni Platform Tribe. Diego utilized Java 8 and 11, Spring Boot, Git, Redis, Angular, MongoDB, Oracle, and Vue for these projects.

Currently, Diego works at Rethink Tecnologia as a Senior Java Developer. Diego is part of the Esfera project, in the Acúmulo & Shopping squad. Diego utilizes Java 11, Spring Framework, Git, MongoDB, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Rancher, and SonarQube. Some of the main projects they have worked on include the integration with Amazon, a new accumulation API, and contingency of Cashback via Pix.

In April 2020, they received a certificate for completing an 18-month intensive course at Minds English School | Oficial. In August 2019, they obtained the DevOps Foundation certification from Estabilis. Furthermore, Diego completed two online courses from Alura Cursos Online in 2018, namely Spring MVC II: Integração, cache, segurança e templates in June and Spring MVC I: Criando aplicações web in March.
