Ahmet Demir

Ahmet Demir has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ahmet is currently the Head of Change and Operations at Rethink Underwriting Ltd, where they oversee change management, delivery, strategy, and operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Programme Manager at Ki Insurance and Brit Insurance, where they led various projects and programs. Ahmet also gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, specializing in consulting services. Earlier in their career, Ahmet served as a Project Manager, Change Manager, and Interim IT Manager at Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd), where they successfully implemented business change and system/process improvements. Ahmet also worked as a Digital Account Manager at Webdadi and volunteered as a Charity Volunteer at Maxitech.biz Ltd.

Ahmet Demir holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Information Systems from London Metropolitan University. In addition to their degree, Ahmet has obtained several certifications including SAFE for Product Manager/Product Owners, SAFe for teams, SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC), MSP® Certifications, Devops, PMP, Scrum master, and Prince2. The years of obtaining these certifications range from 2017 to 2021.
