Jess R.

Jess R. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career as a Customer Account Manager at Sambro International in 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Kellogg Company before transitioning to a role as a Business Analyst at Access Group in 2012. They continued their tenure at Access Group as a Support Engineer from 2012 to 2013.

In 2014, Jess joined Willis Towers Watson as a Lead Technical Business Analyst, where they played a pivotal role in various software delivery and implementation projects. They then served as a Technical Product Owner from 2017 to 2017.

From 2018 to 2019, Jess worked as a Digital Business Analyst on a contract basis at Aviva, focusing on the AvivaPlus project. They led multiple workstreams and coordinated the delivery of requirements across multiple development teams.

In 2019, Jess joined Hyperion X as a Product Owner, responsible for leading Agile development teams and developing roadmaps for Broker and Underwriter applications. They engaged with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

In 2021, Jess had two concurrent roles. They worked as a Product Owner at Rainbird Technologies from February to August and as a Product Owner at Rethink Underwriting Ltd from August to July 2022. In January 2024, Jess rose to the position of Head of Product at Rethink Underwriting Ltd.

Finally, Jess also had a role as the Director of J Readhead Solutions Ltd from 2017 to 2022.

Jess R. completed their education as follows:

From 2019 to 2022, they pursued an MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice from The Open University.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and American Literature from the University of Warwick.

Jess'searlier education includes completing their A levels in French, English Literature, and Religious Studies at Thomas Mills High School from 1997 to 2004.
