Michael Jelley

Michael Jelley is an experienced Senior Project Manager currently with Rethink Underwriting Ltd, responsible for driving strategic programs in the Lloyds Market MGA, where a new delivery model has been successfully implemented, resulting in a significant reduction in lead times. Previously, as Project Manager at Brit Insurance, Michael oversaw the Underwriting Workbench, enhancing the insurance lifecycle for underwriters. Michael’s tenure at Arm involved managing business change initiatives in the HR domain, including the development of a decision-making analytics tool for executives. Expertise also includes leading IT infrastructure projects at WSP, delivering a Business Intelligence system at Vanderlande, and managing a range of projects at Arup, Capita Children's Services, Iceni Mobile Ltd, and PayPoint plc. Michael holds a degree in Business Computing from Leeds Beckett University.
