Larissa Marquez is an accomplished design and operations leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director of Design at Rethink since May 2025, Larissa previously held the position of Executive Director of Operations at Gretel, where key responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives, advising cross-functional teams, and setting operational goals. With a strong background in project management from roles at Pentagram, 2x4, Charlex, and Young & Rubicam, Larissa has successfully managed a diverse range of projects involving brand identity, interactive design, and motion graphics for prestigious clients globally. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Industrial Design from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and professional certificates from New York University and Parsons School of Design.
