Andrew Farrell, CFM, LIA has been working in the insurance industry since 2017 when they began as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Risk Reduction Plus Group. In 2016, they worked as a Proximity Marketing Manager at Renewal by Andersen. Currently, they are an Account Manager at reThought Insurance Corporation.

Andrew Farrell, CFM, LIA received their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Neumann University in 2016, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Gloucester Catholic High School from 2008 to 2012. In 2017, they obtained their Certified Floodplain Manager certification from The Association of State Floodplain Managers and their Licensed Insurance Broker certification from the State of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
