Mr. Korten has extensive expertise in algorithm development and embedded engineering of patient monitoring and mobile health devices. As a member of the Executive Advisors Network for Columbia Technology Ventures, he works with entrepreneurs and inventors at Columbia University to facilitate the transfer of research innovations from the lab to the market, as well as supporting start-up efforts. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Versamed, which he sold to GE Healthcare. Mr. Korten received his MS in Bioengineering from the University of Michigan.
