Srinibas Behera

Srinibas Behera began their career in 1991 as a Senior Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services. Srinibas then moved to Oracle in 1997, where they worked as a Development Manager. In this role, they developed Oracle CRM products, Oracle Sale, Oracle Billing, Oracle Marketing Intelligence, and Daily Business Intelligence. Srinibas also built the Territory Assignment Engine to solve complex assignments of sales people to accounts, opportunities, and leads in very large sales organizations. In 2004, they became a Senior Database Manager at Fidelity India. Two years later, in 2006, they joined Fair Isaac as Director of Software Engineering, where they headed software product development for Debt Manager globally and headed the development of Petabyte scale analytics of “what a consumer will buy in the next 6 months.” In 2010, they founded Retigence Technologies, where they serve as the Founder and CEO.

Srinibas Behera completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from uce burla between 1984 and 1988. Srinibas then went on to pursue an M.Tech in Systems and Control Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay between 1988 and 1990. In 2001, they completed an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology, although the field of study is not specified.
