Pauline Merrill

Pauline Merrill, MD, FASRS, currently serves as a Retina and Uveitis Specialist at Retina Consultants Of Carolina since March 2024. Since September 1997, Pauline Merrill has held the position of Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Rush University and previously served as the Section Director of Uveitis and Ocular Inflammation, as well as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Rush Department of Ophthalmology until August 2021. Additionally, Pauline Merrill was a Retinal Surgeon and Uveitis Specialist at Illinois Retina Associates from September 1997 to August 2021 and has been a Board Member at Ophthalmic Mutual Insurance Company since February 2014. Educationally, Pauline Merrill earned an MD from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed residency training at Baylor College of Medicine, following a B.A. in Biology from Princeton University.
