Rebecca Kyte has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and operations. Rebecca began their career as an Opthalmic Technician at DeHaven Eye Clinic in 2012. Rebecca then worked at Retina Consultants of Texas from 2014, starting as a Clinical Research Coordinator and later transitioning to roles such as Training and Development Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Director of Training and Development. In 2019, Rebecca joined Retina Consultants of America as the Director of Training and Development, and in 2023, they were promoted to the position of Senior Director of Operations and Training.
Rebecca Kyte attended Tyler Junior College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Vision Care Technology.
