Shannon Rogers-Cruz

Shannon Rogers-Cruz currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Vice President at Retina Group of Florida since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon held the position of Group Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care from January 2021 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Director and Administrator at HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group from September 2014 to January 2021, and as Director of Clinical Operations at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from November 2010 to September 2014. Shannon also worked as Senior Operations Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital from March 2008 to August 2010, and as Project Manager-GME Fellowship Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital between 2004 and 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from Cambridge College.
