Claudio R Serafini is the CEO at Retina Technologies. Prior to that, they were with Veritas Technologies LLC from September 2015 to October 2018 as Sr. Manager, WW Product/Solutions Marketing.

At Veritas, Claudio was focused on Cloud, virtual, big data, hyperconverged, and open source workloads/personas. Claudio was responsible for core messaging and strategies for product launches with deep cross-functional engagement. Claudio also created launch assets such as customer/analyst facing PPTs and EBC briefings, SEO based web pages, solutions briefs, customer testimonial videos, animated videos, blogs, FAQs, cheat sheets, sales/channel training, and more.

In addition, they created competitive and Demand Gen assets such as battlecards, competitive briefs, 3rd party validation reports, top-tips and reasons, dummies book, campaign messaging, webinars. Claudio also created analyst facing PPTs and briefings and co-led Gartner MQ for 3 years.

Some of the major events they were responsible for include strategy/messaging at VMworld, Veritas Vision, booth demos, and breakout sessions.

Claudio R Serafini has a Bachelor Science in Engineering / Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. They also have certification from Pragmatic Marketing in HP Certified Pragmatic Marketing Graduate.
