Deborah McGuinness is an advisor at Retina Technologies. Deborah was previously a consultant at the National Center for Atmospheric Research from January 2002 to January 2008. Prior to that, they were a consultant at Guru from January 1999 to January 2000. From August 1998 to November 2007, they were the acting director and senior research scientist at Stanford University. Deborah also worked at DARPA and AT&T as a researcher from January 1995 to January 1998. Deborah is the founder of McGuinness Associates Consulting and was a research scientist at Bell Laboratories Research from January 1980 to January 1996.
Deborah McGuinness received a bachelors degree from Duke University, followed by a doctorate from Rutgers University. Deborah then attended Springfield High School before receiving a master of science degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
