Rebecca Kammer

Rebecca Kammer is the current Advisor at Retina Technologies. Rebecca has also worked as the Higher Education Consulting at jCyte, Inc., President Kammer Consulting, and Clinical Consultant, Optometric Education at VisionCare Ophthalmic Technologies. Rebecca has several years of experience coaching faculty to "flip" the classroom or make it active so that students/clinicians improve in problem-solving and critical thinking. As the Clinical Consultant, Optometric Education, they had an advisory role to ophthalmic device company for optometry and low vision rehabilitation which included developing relationships with optometrists for treatment model education and optimization as well as expanding and enhancing optometric education programs.

Rebecca Kammer attended the Southern California College of Optometry, where they earned their OD. Rebecca then went on to earn their PhD in Higher Education/Student Success from Azusa Pacific University. Rebecca also holds a B.S. in Optical Engineering from the University of LaVerne.
