Arthur Swaab

Arthur Swaab is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at RET, where they oversee all operational activities related to Metro, Tram, and Bus services. With extensive experience in project and program management, they have previously worked in various managerial roles at companies such as ING, Nationale Nederlanden, and UWV. Arthur holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University and has completed several leadership programs, including a Strategic Leadership Program at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Throughout their career, Arthur has demonstrated a pragmatic approach, focusing on strategy development and operational efficiency.
