Patty Koot is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Head of Innovation at RET. Previously, Patty held roles including Senior Consultant in Financial Services at IG&H Consulting & Interim and Ambassador of Veerstichting 2009, where they promoted the exchange of ideas between students and societal leaders. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HES Rotterdam and a Master’s degree in General Management from Nyenrode Business University, Patty has expertise in business strategy, organizational restructuring, and customer excellence. Patty's experience also includes a sabbatical during which they traveled the world for 16 months, fulfilling a lifelong dream.
