Rolf Harbers

Rolf Harbers is an experienced communications and public affairs professional currently serving as Manager Communicatie and a member of the Directieteam at RET since June 2018, where responsibilities include leading the communication team and facilitating stakeholder interactions. Concurrently, Rolf has held the position of Directeur at Mobiliteitsalliantie since November 2018, overseeing daily operations for a coalition of over 20 Dutch mobility players, including strategy and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Manager of Public Relations & Communication for the Dutch Labour Party in the European Parliament. Rolf's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Contemporary Political History and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Groningen, along with an academic foundation from Maartenscollege, Haren/Groningen.
