Corinna zur Bonsen

Corinna zur Bonsen has extensive work experience in the legal and healthcare fields. Corinna is currently the CEO and Founding Partner of RetInsight, a company that specializes in developing and commercializing AI software solutions for analyzing retina scans. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Head of Audit Committee at ABIVAX.

Corinna has also held the position of General Counsel at Smart Reporting GmbH and Definiens, where they provided legal expertise in the healthcare industry. Corinna has served as VP and Associate General Counsel at Shire and Baxalta, and as Assistant General Counsel at Baxter International Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Corporate Legal Counsel at Immuno AG, a major pharmaceutical company.

Corinna's experience spans across various legal roles, including advising on regulatory matters, overseeing audit committees, and providing legal counsel for international organizations. Corinna holds a strong background in healthcare and has a deep understanding of disease biology and immune system mechanisms.

Corinna zur Bonsen pursued their education in the field of Law. Corinna started their academic journey at The University of Freiburg from 1978 to 1980. Corinna then attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained a 1 State Examination degree. After completing their studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Corinna zur Bonsen furthered their legal education at the Bavarian Ministry of Justice from 1982 to 1985, where they completed their 2nd State Examination.
