Tom Hogan has extensive experience in human resources and personnel management, having served as Personnel Director at General Motors from July 1969 to March 2009, with the final assignment at the Janesville Assembly Operation. Following retirement from General Motors, Tom held the position of HR Director at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from June 2009 to May 2015 before retiring again. Currently, Tom is the CEO of Wisconsin Hogans, a role held since May 2015. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration from Kettering University, earned between 1969 and 1975.
