David W. Bryan, APR, has 44 years of extensive experience in public affairs, primarily within government service, focusing on environmental policy and emergency response. Most recently, David served as a Press Officer for the US EPA Region 7, specializing in air quality and emergency preparedness across several states. Prior roles include Public Information Officer and Community Outreach Manager for the Missouri Housing Development Commission, where David engaged in strategic planning with high-level elected officials. David’s earlier positions included leadership roles in public affairs for U.S. Strategic Command and Strategic Air Command. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
