Tom Lloyd

Tom Lloyd is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and program leadership within the public and private sectors. After retiring in October 2016, Tom held management positions at Engineering Services Network - ESN from July 2010 to September 2016 and served as a Senior Program Manager at Vangent, Inc. from July 2008 to July 2010. Additionally, Tom was the Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Veterans Benefits Administration from 2006 to 2007. Tom's educational background includes an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Information Science from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University, complemented by an Honorary BA from Central High School.
