Katie Holmes

Katie Holmes is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in residential real estate, currently serving as a Residential Real Estate Agent at Ansley Real Estate since July 2021. Since 2007, Katie has held the title of Residential Real Estate Specialist at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and has also been involved with The Barsky Group of Coldwell Banker as a REALTOR/Builder Services/New Construction Specialist since August 2018. In addition to these roles, Katie has served as a REALTOR/Real Estate Specialist at BHHS PenFed Realty since October 2017. Prior to a career in real estate, Katie was the Director at Loudon Academy of Art from 2002 to 2005 and operated a freelance graphic design and marketing business, KH Design, from 1996 to 2002. Early career experience includes a role at Virginia Lottery as a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist from 1992 to 1996. Katie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Arts & Design, along with a degree in Graphic Design, both from Virginia Commonwealth University, where studies were completed between 1988 and 1992.
