David W. Ammons

Owner and Principal at Retirement Living Associates

David served as the Executive Director from 1991-1996 at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community and continues today in a part-time role as CEO overseeing all of the operations. David has been the lead in development of Mars Hill Retirement Community, as well as the development and consulting role at Blakey Hall an Assisted Living community in Elon College. He is currently developing new projects across North Carolina.
