Rusty Mizelle

Rusty has served for more than 13 years as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of a CCRC, first at Springmoor (11 years) and at SearStone (2 years). He has experienced retirement community management during all phases of development from start-up through maturity. Notable accomplishments include development of a 20-year capital improvement budget and reserve funding requirements for a 500,000-square foot, nearly 600 resident retirement community, as well as, leading the development of the financial team, systems, and processes for a unique, start-up CCRC.
