Buffy Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From 2016 to the present, they have worked at Retirement Planners of America, starting as a Client Service Administrator and then being promoted to Client Service Manager. In their current role as Director of Operations, they oversee the development of new processes, ensures compliance standards are met, increases productivity, and reduces risk for the firm and its clients. Prior to this, Buffy worked at JPMorgan Chase from 2002 to 2015, serving as the Assistant Vice President of Operations Service Delivery, Client Management, and Accounting. In this role, they oversaw a processing team, managed audits and risk, and provided comprehensive updates to corporate.
