Tsegaye Abebe

Tsegaye Abebe is a teaching professional at Morgan State University since September 2020, while also serving as a web developer for Verizon Wireless/AirCom, Inc. since February 2018 and a bioinformatician at the University of Maryland Medical System since July 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a statistician at Baltimore City Community College from August 2014 to February 2018. Tsegaye holds a Master’s degree in Data Science (Machine learning and AI) from Morgan State University (2020-2022), a Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (2016-2019), a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Addis Ababa University (2011-2013), and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Jimma University (2004-2007).
