Karen Chang

Karen Chang is the CFO at RetireOne. Karen has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Karen started their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they worked for seven years as a manager in the Assurance & Advisory Services department. In 2003, they joined Luminent Mortgage Capital as SVP and Chief Financial Officer, a position they held for six years.

In 2010, Karen became an independent consultant, providing Interim-CFO and advisory services to clients such as Trust Company of the West and Matthews International Capital Management. Karen joined RetireOne as CFO in December 2011.

Karen Chang has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Karen is also certified by the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.

Karen Chang reports to David Stone, CEO. They are on a team with Jeffrey P. Cusack - Senior MD, Strategic Accounts, Russell Parker - Chief Strategy Officer, and Mark Forman - Senior Managing Director.
