Sudhanshu Mohan

Sudhanshu Mohan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sudhanshu is currently the Founder & CEO of AIEnterprise Inc, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they were the Founder & COO of the same company from August 2017 to July 2022.

In 2020, Sudhanshu served as the Co-Founder & CEO of RETISIO Inc, a role that they still hold.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Sudhanshu worked at Professional Access, where they held multiple leadership positions. Sudhanshu was Vice President, Head of Global Account Management - Digital Commerce Services from April 2016 to July 2017. Prior to that, they were Vice President from July 2014 to March 2016, Director from February 2013 to June 2014, and Delivery Manager from November 2010 to January 2013.

Earlier in their career, Sudhanshu held various roles at IBM India, including Program Manager from July 2009 to December 2010, GD Engagement Manager - APMM GCSS from January 2008 to June 2009, and Delivery Project Manager from January 2004 to January 2008. In the latter role, they were responsible for managing the strategic offshoring of applications for the Marketing & Sales tool area for Ericsson and establishing steady state operations.

Additionally, Sudhanshu has worked as a Project Leader at SPAN Systems Corporation in 2003 and as a Technical Consultant at Infosys Limited in the same year.

Sudhanshu started their career as a Software Engineer at Tricon Infotech Pvt Ltd in 2000, and also briefly worked as an IT Specialist at Fascel Limited (Hutch Telecom in Gujarat, India) in 2002.

Sudhanshu Mohan completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computers Application from Bangalore University and B. M. S. College of Engineering, both from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from Bareilly College from 1994 to 1997. Sudhanshu also completed their Intermediate School Certificate (ISC) with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from GPM College, Bareilly from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sudhanshu also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2007.
