Erkam Uyanik

Erkam Uyanik is a Senior Software Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer at retorio since October 2018, where responsibilities include implementing affective deep learning models, developing the Retorio AI API and its underlying distributed system, and front-end and back-end development of the Retorio platform. Previously, Uyanik held roles as a Software Engineer at Comodif, focusing on creating a user-targeted control panel and implementing a multi-tenancy structure, and as a Lead Software Engineer at founda, where various software solutions including an educational virtual coaching platform and payment API were developed. Additionally, Uyanik served as Lead Frontend Engineer at quantup, creating responsive demos and websites. Uyanik holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
