Evelyn Ireland

Evelyn Ireland is currently an advisor at Retrace. Evelyn has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including previous positions as a consultant to the National Association of Dental Plans, Executive Director of the Texas Association of Health Plans, and Director of Research and Information for the Texas State Board of Insurance. In their current role at Retrace, Evelyn provides expert consulting on healthcare policy and regulation to help their clients navigate the ever-changing landscape.

Evelyn Ireland has a Master's of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin - The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Interior Design from Texas Tech University. Evelyn is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Administration from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
