Paul Press is a seasoned professional in the executive search and private equity sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Eastward Partners Inc. since June 2024. In addition, Paul Press holds the position of Advisor for Executive Search at Retrained Search, contributing expertise to enhance training for retained search professionals. Previously, Paul Press founded and managed Press & Associates Inc. until its acquisition by Eastward Partners and has held senior consulting roles at Murphy Oil, Hays, and Mackinnon Bruce International. Paul Press began a career in recruitment as a Consultant at ATA Recruitment Ltd. Paul Press holds a BA (Hons) in Managing Performance from the University of Leeds and A Levels in English Literature, History, and Mathematics from Nottingham Boys High School.
