Mary-Therese Kelly has extensive experience in the behavioral health industry. Mary-Therese is currently serving as the Director of Integrated Care at Retreat Behavioral Health since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director of Inpatient Services at Summit Behavioral Health from 2017 to 2019. From 2013 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Onward Behavioral Health, including Regional Director/Addiction Therapist, Regional Director for Center City Philadelphia and Northeast Philadelphia, and Strategic Directions/New Initiatives. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Site Director and Individual and Group Intensive Outpatient Primary Therapist at Rehab After Work, a Reunification Social Worker/Family Reunification Program at Lutheran Children and Family Services, a Senior Case Manager/Case Manager at Milestones Community Health Care, and a Therapist at Northwestern Institute (Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital). Mary-Therese also served as a Drug and Alcohol Intervention/Prevention Specialist at Shalom, Inc., Archbishop Ryan High School, and as a Senior Therapist at Silver Springs - Martin Luther School.
Mary-Therese Kelly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from La Salle University in 1988. Mary-Therese then pursued further education and received a Certified Addictions Counselor (CADC) degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from Villanova University in 2003. In 2012, Mary-Therese Kelly obtained a Clinical Supervision Certification from the State of Pennsylvania.
