Kaisa Backman

Kaisa Backman has work experience in two companies. From April 2018 to September 2018, they worked as a Client Relations Assistant at Retriever. From October 2018 to December 2019, they worked as a Customer Relations Coordinator at Retriever. Then, from December 2019 to the present, they have worked as a Customer Manager at Retriever. Prior to Retriever, Kaisa worked at KRM AG as a Sales Assistant and Fill-in Assistant Store Manager from March 2012 to January 2018, where they were responsible for full-time sales assistance and maintenance of the company's social media platform, specifically Instagram.

Kaisa Backman obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Marketing from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they attended Helsinki Design School, focusing on Fashion Marketing.
