Niki Kohari

Niki Kohari is the COO of Retrium. Niki has a wide range of experience in business operations, customer success, marketing, and product management.

Niki started their career as a product manager for AgileZen, a project management tool used by software development teams. In this role, they were responsible for developing product roadmaps and designing new features. Niki also participated in strategic planning and helped test new features before they were released.

After two years, Niki was promoted to Director of Organizational Development at Rally Software Development. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's organizational structure and culture. Niki also helped develop new policies and procedures to improve the company's overall efficiency.

After a year in this role, Niki was promoted again, this time to Vice President of Operations at Adzerk. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, including accounting, legal, human resources, customer success, and marketing.

In September 2014, Niki left Adzerk to start their own company, TaskTorch. TaskTorch is a new kind of project management system that puts people first and makes it easy for teams to stay organized and work well together. As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Niki handles everything on the business side, including business operations, customer success, and marketing. Niki also participates in strategic planning, develops product roadmaps, and helps design and test new features in the application.
