Paul Cooper

Paul Cooper is a seasoned hospitality executive with extensive experience in hotel management and development. Since October 2011, Paul has served as CEO and President of Retro Hospitality LLC, specializing in independent and boutique hotels. Prior to this role, Paul co-founded BoxSpa LLC and FlexBox LLC, introducing innovative spa concepts utilizing repurposed shipping containers. Paul's history includes managing partnerships at HIP Management, focusing on property operations, and serving as Principal at Lifestyle Hospitality, where Paul specialized in adapting historic buildings. Earlier in their career, Paul held significant positions at Coakley and Williams Hotel Management Company, Criimi Mae Services LP, and US Franchise Systems, showcasing expertise in franchise development and asset management. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University.
