Koen Wooten has been working in the film industry since 1998, starting as an Art Department Lead and Storyboard Artist. Koen then became a Live Action Director, Writer and Producer. In 2009, they joined id Software as a Senior Writer and in 2011, they joined Lightbox Interactive as a Writer. In 2012, they began working at Airtight Games as a Cinematics Director and in 2014, they joined Rooster Teeth as a Producer and Director. Koen also worked at Armature Studio as a Writer in 2014 and at Retro Studios as a Cinematic Lead in 2019. Currently, they are a Producer for the feature film Chocolate Lizards.
Koen Wooten attended Blinn College from 1996 to 1999, where they studied English Language and Literature.
