Dennis Rooney

Dennis Rooney has a diverse work experience. Dennis started their career in 1985 as a Partner at Houston Rooney chartered accountants, where they worked until 2006. In 2009, Rooney joined Retronix Ltd. as the Financial Director. Dennis then took on the role of Financial Director at Uteach Recruitment Ltd in the same year. In 2013, they joined Uteach Canada as the Financial Director. Most recently, in 2018, they became the CFO and VP Retronix International at Retronix Semiconductor.

Dennis Rooney obtained a B.Sc. degree from the University of Glasgow from 1972 to 1975. Subsequently, from 1975 to 1976, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy at the University of Stirling. From 1977 to 1980, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland to complete their Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting.
