Rick Otis

Rick Otis serves as the Managing Director of Construction Insurance and Surety Services at Amsure, beginning in April 2024. Rick co-founded and co-chairs the Reverse Rett Upstate NY initiative under the Rett Syndrome Research Trust, focusing on raising awareness and funding for Rett Syndrome research as a parent of a child affected by the disorder. Additionally, Rick is a co-founder of The Barrett Otis Research Fund for Males with Rett, aimed at honoring affected males and advancing research. Rick holds board positions with multiple organizations, including the Eastern Contractors Association, NORTHEASTERN SUBCONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, AAA Hudson Valley, Shaker Pointe at Carondelet, the Holy Cross Club of Eastern New York, and the Lansingburgh Boys and Girls Club. Rick previously served as Vice President at NFP until its acquisition by AON in April 2024 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
