Allison Garner

Allison Garner is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer 1 at RETTEW since September 2018. Prior to this role, Allison managed the MS4 Program as the MS4 Coordinator for Upper Allen Township, focusing on ensuring compliance with the Pennsylvania Stormwater Management Program and the Township’s NPDES General Permit. Previous experience includes serving as the MS4 Environmental Coordinator for Londonderry Township, where responsibilities included program management and grant writing for environmental projects. Earlier positions involved event staff roles with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, customer service at U-Haul Moving and Storage, and research positions at Penn State University. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University, obtained in 2014.
