David Murosky is a seasoned Senior Highway Engineer at RETTEW, where responsibilities include roadway and traffic control design for PennDOT and PA Turnpike Projects, as well as mentoring junior staff since November 2020. Previously, David served as an Engineer of Record at Borton-Lawson from June 2007 to September 2020, overseeing project schedules and client communication. David began their career at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, contributing as a Transportation Designer and intern from 2003 to 2007, working on significant projects like the Erie Bayfront Connector and various bridge replacements. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, completed in 2007.
