Ian Sparkman is an accomplished engineer with a diverse background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as an Engineer at RETTEW since March 2022, Ian previously gained valuable experience as a Transportation Engineer managing Phase V project activities and leading constructability reviews. Earlier roles include Civil Engineering Intern at the West Virginia Division of Highways, where Ian documented contractor work and calculated concrete volumes for bridge construction, and Wildlife Coordinator Intern at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, overseeing guided tours and assisting with animal care. Ian's career began as a Bag Machine Operator at Automated Packaging Systems. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from West Virginia University, earned in 2019.
