Matthew Coleman, PE, is an accomplished municipal and environmental engineer with a focus on water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, and anaerobic digestion and biogas production. Currently serving as Engineer 3 at RETTEW since July 2022, Matthew has previously held roles including Environmental Engineer at Buchart Horn, Inc., where responsibilities included client relations and project management, and Project Engineer at Uni-Tec Consulting Engineers, Inc., focusing on water/wastewater and land development. Early career experiences included an engineering internship at Penn State Office of Physical Plant, research in stormwater management at Penn State University, and environmental research at Dr. David Eissenstat Research Lab. Matthew possesses a strong foundation in project design, management, and analysis, complemented by a degree from Penn State University.
