Rosanne Rodgers has over three decades of experience in planning and design, currently serving as Regional Manager at RETTEW since June 2017. In addition to holding the title of Regional Manager, Rosanne also fulfills the responsibilities of Group Manager-Transportation. Prior to joining RETTEW, Rosanne worked at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. from 1988 to June 2017 as a Senior Project Manager. Rosanne earned a degree from Penn State University between 1980 and 1984.
