They founded KT Creativity in 2007, specializing in marketing strategy and automation for startups and established businesses. Currently, they serve as the CMO of ReturnBear, focusing on enhancing the returns process for eCommerce. Katherine has also held marketing roles at notable companies such as PCB Piezotronics and Onfleet, and remains a lifelong learner with a passion for psychology and customer impact. They are actively involved in the Pavilion network and are a founding member of TLD (Thought Leadership Dinners).
