Sylvia Ng is the CEO of ReturnBear, an ecommerce returns platform for brands selling across borders. Sylvia is also the Founder of Amidira, a company that supports cancer patients and caregivers through gift boxes and lifestyle content. With a background in various roles at companies like Shopify, Google, and Charity CHAMPs, Sylvia brings a wealth of experience in growth, analytics, and product operations to their current ventures. Sylvia holds a Masters of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a BASc in System Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
